Tracy expresses gratitude to Miss Ward for giving her an opportunity to join a new team and helping her believe in herself. Under Miss Ward's leadership, Tracy felt confident that she could achieve her goals. Miss Ward showed loyalty, understanding, and faith in her staff. Miss Ward gave me a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new team with her as our leader.
In my working life I have had two jobs both for long lengths of time mainly because I didn't have the confidence to
change my career path.
Miss Ward believed in me and made me believe in myself again, she didn't just see what was written on a piece
of paper she saw beyond that and recognised my strengths. I felt with Miss Ward behind me I could move
mountains and could be what ever I wanted to be and with her as my manager I would have gone to any length to
deliver what was expected of me for her.
The experience, faith, understanding & loyalty that Miss Ward shows to her staff also extends to the Children and
families that she works with.
Whilst working with Miss Ward she gave many local people the opportunity to me part of the team and allowed
them to gain experience which would help them gain employment in the future.
Miss Ward was always approachable and would always go the extra mile for her staff, our families and most
importantly the children.
Helping to change children’s lives for the good is key to her and it was always what she strived to do.
I feel very honoured & proud to have been part of her team, and hope that her values, morals and believes stay
with her for people & children of the future to experience and learn from.
