full inventory and property reports we also take detailed photos/videos when arriving at the
property, we also advise any defects or problems that may arise and we send across the pictures
when the works have been completed. This giving full evidence when the tenant is moving in or
leaving the property. We aim to turn round these properties as quick as possible making them
available for you to re-let. Our end of tenancy cleaning is carried out by dedicated mobile teams
of cleaning operatives whose speciality are properties in need of a deep clean either at the end of
