• % of smokers between 1995
to 2020.
• Contains information of all 50
US States.
• Contained information about
Race/Ethnicity.

• Import to Tableau.
• Data Cleanup – Normalization.
• Analysis using Maps, Dual Axis
Charts, Treemap, Box & Whisker
plot.
• Created Dashboard.

5. Insights gained
States with lowest average smoking % overall was Utah.
State with highest average smoking % overall was West Virginia.
State with lowest average COPD % overall was Utah.
State with highest average COPD % overall was West Virginia.
Race with highest average smoking % overall was American Indian.
Race with lowest average smoking % overall was Asian.
