During the 4th cycle, the sales on
Monday (Hari Raya) was unusually
high. The sales on the following
two days dipped very low.
The best times to do any sort of
maintenance work is from Tuesday
to Thursday (lowest sales) or
immediately after public holidays.
9. Of the three restaurants, restaurant 3
has the highest sales while restaurant
2 has the lowest sales.
Restaurant 2 had very low sales
during Hari Raya. Their sales dipped
on Sunday.

from opening the restaurant

12. Restaurant 3, besides having the highest
sales, also has the widest range of prices.
They have many “outlier” priced items
transacted in June, the Amakusa (6 Kinds)
being the most expensive.
Only restaurant 3 had alcohols being
transacted substantially, with 433 units of
alcoholic drinks sold.
Restaurant 1 had 1 transaction of 24 Tiger
beers only.
Even then, the 457 units of alcoholic drinks
did not really bring in sales volume.
The 20,034 units of drinks, in comparison,
brought in $43,511 while the alcohol brought
in only$4,451.
The Higher Value Items (HVI) are from the
mains, starters and sides categories.
