Today after our 2015 Awards Ceremony, I reflect on how amazing things happen when you are
surrounded with special people in your life. I have been blessed without exception to work with
great people but these two are standouts. I thank God daily for their sacrifice working with me all
these years. They are my success story at Carlson Partners
I’m so blessed to call Marilyn Boeckermann a best friend and Partner who joined my team in
2000, now celebrating 15 years working together. Marilyn is one of the rarest of people I’ve had
the privilege to work with first as a client and now as a Professional Realtor. Over her tenure
with Carlson Partners and Coldwell Banker Burnet she has exceeded her expectations with
nearly 50 million in sales and 100’s of raving clients.

Except when it comes to Mike Wilen… I knew the day I met Mike that he was destined to
become a real estate ROCK STAR!
He began his career the same time as me (Age 21) Weird huh? Then just a few years later after
the crash in (2010) Mike said, Dean I think I’m getting out of real estate. I said NO way Mike
you’re on the verge of greatness! We laughed it off as just another stressful day at the office.
Since that day Mike qualified for consideration in the “Top 30 UNDER 30” competition and
now recently eclipsed my old records set back in the (80’s) with nearly 60 million in sales from a
staggering 500+ homes SOLD in the last 5 years!
