It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Bill Garland.
It was my good fortune to work with Bill for 2 years at Lakes Region Rentals in
Moultonborough, NH. Bill showed excellent customer service skills and our office received
compliments almost daily about him. Our office lists approximately 100 vacation rental homes
in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. While with us, Bill was responsible for listing
individually owned rental homes as well as writing advertising and securing tenants for these
homes. Bill also put together our brochure and arranged its distribution.
When Bill got an offer to move on to another job he assured us that he would not leave us
“high and dry”. Bill lived up to his word by coming in on his days off from his new job to help us
transition to an office without him. Even now, years later, we can call on him for assistance and
he is always more than happy to lend a hand.
In short, I can not say enough about the hard-worker and team-player that Bill Garland is. It is a
