Start a Garden
Gardening is like thrilling. A hard little seed cracks into a stem with tender green leaves. It keeps
growing into a vegetable, a beautiful flower. It is laid-back hobby to share this with your kids.
When you garden with your kids, you have the occasion to bond with them over planting while
they learn that food is different from that comes from a grocery store. They just might try some
of the food that they grew with their own hands.
There is a planter in everybody just waiting to develop. Here are a few tips to get a beginning
gardener safely off the ground:
Pick your spot with care.
Pick a place that catches six to eight hours of sunlight.
Place your seeds straight into loose soil by following the directions. Time saving tip: you can
buy starter plants, from your local nursery.
Keep your first garden easy to deal with for newbies, a plot 3 feet by 3 feet is a good working
size. That is enough to deliver a substantial produce while you notice how much time and effort
it takes to water and weed.
Have fun and enjoy.
