This immaculate villa is situated in the very sought- after area of Cap Blanc in Moraira. Set in an exclusive
community of 17 properties amongst beautiful and very well kept communal gardens. The property shares a
large communal pool with poolside shower and WC plus tennis courts.
Entering the community via private gated entrance, the front door leads into the main hallway with marble
staircase that takes you to the upper level. On the ground floor the accommodation consists of a shower room,
lounge dining room, kitchen and utility room. The lounge includes a sofa bed that can sleep two, double glazed
patio doors leading to a patio and onto the private end of terrace garden that belongs to the property. The
kitchen which is fully fitted and equipped, leads to the enclosed utility room that has the washing machine,
dishwasher, fridge freezer and additional cabinets.
The upper level has the sleeping accommodation. One master bedroom with ensuite shower room and an
additional double bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single
beds. Both have small balconies - the Master looks out to the pool area, and the second looks towards the
rear garden area.
The property benefits from part hot and cold air-conditioning, double glazed
windows, persianas, mosquito netting, SAT TV and adjacent street parking.
Outside Area:
 The patio area has a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers for your
relaxation. There is also a large sun umbrella and awning above the
patio doors for additional shade. A circular washing line and pegs is
also provided.
Inside Area:
 A welcome pack is included, containing a few basic essentials to get you started.
 A folder containing information on local attractions is available for your reference.
 Linen and both villa and pool towels are included at no extra cost, these will be changed once a week.
 An iron and hairdryer are provided.

Moraira is a jewel in the Costa Blanca. There are more than 100 national and international bars and
restaurants to choose from in the area, ranging from simple tapas bars through to international Michelin-
starred restaurants. There is a good selection within a few minutes’ walk of the villa where you can enjoy a
refreshing glass of wine or beer without having to take the car. Moraira boasts fabulous shopping facilities and
ladies will also appreciate the wide choice of beauty and hairdressing salons available. Being partly
pedestrianised, it is easy to stroll through the town visiting the shops, banks, post office, seafront or marina.
There is ample free parking within a few minutes’ walk of the town centre. There are 7 supermarkets within a
10 minute drive of the town centre.
You can dive every day with Scuba Moraira to well over 25 different dive sites in
Moraira, Javea, Benitachell and Calpe. If this is your 1st dive or your 1000th they
can cater for you. Their dive sites range from 6 metres to nearly 40 metres so no
matter what certification level you have, there will be plenty of dive sites to suit
your abilities.
Moraira Beach is the place to be, and
not only for the rich and famous.
Moraira is approximately 57 miles
north of Alicante airport and 85 miles
south of Valencia airport, with good
clear motorway connections. You will
need some cash for motorway tolls.
Car hire is recommended.
Benidorm is a 30 minute drive away where you will find
various theme parks for family days out. Javea, Denia and
Calpe are close by and offer good shopping and some
authentic restaurants. Jalon Valley is a short drive away
providing stunning scenery and breathtaking mountain views.
