The objective of the Indigenous Peoples Development Program is to provide a
totally packaged system of productive initiatives to indigenous communities that
can contribute to supplying Housing, Education,Training , Employment, the ability
to generate Income and profits that will reduce poverty within the community
allowing indigenous peoples communities to become self-sufficient.
Housing - Our aim is to improve the standard of housing and conditions in which
indigenous people live.
Education - Provide the knowledge and technology for Indigenous communities
to manufacture their own building /construction materials. How to use these
materials to construct their own buildings and infrastructure.
Training - Assistance and training funded by this component covers the hiring of
consultants,training and consultation workshops for project evaluation and
learning, and for specialists to coordinate the monitoring and learning process,
designing and operating a monitoring and evaluation system, and contracting for an
independent operation.
Employment – Employees can come from within the Indigenous communities
own population,
Income - Income will flow into the community from a number of sources ,
Employment of its people, substantial cost savings to construct housing
Infrastructure and the sale of products and services to the general public.

and expertise not only to manufacture a
new innovative building material , it will
enable them to be trained in the
construction methods in which these
materials are used

Building System (IBS) will deliver
superior Eco Friendly ,energy saving
buildings with savings of up to 70% on
construction build times and with a
reduction in construction build costs
of between 30 – 50%

Training and Education
The building material manufacturing system has been
designed in such a way that unskilled workers can
operated the machinery with ease.
The products are manufactured using a production
line method, our specifically designed machinery
finishes the building materials to a factory finish.

Technology contained within the Indigenous Peoples
Development Program is years ahead of the
construction industry in general, our technologies are
designed to be environmentally friendly and reduce the
amount of carbon emissions into the atmosphere.
Coatings used on our building materials have been
specifically designed with a higher impact resiliency than
cement renders providing 2 -3 time the strength and
durability. The specially designed coating has many
other benefits such as its ability to withstand fire and its
ability to stop dangerous molds from growing on it.

Employment Opportunities
UBS Integrated Building System is extremely easy to
use, not only can the Indigenous Peoples
Development Program train the participants to
manufacture the construction materials we can train
them to use the system to construct a projects

This two story display building was constructed
essentially by unskilled labor, workers that had only
worked as a factory hand or farmer previously with no
construction experience.

Employment Opportunities
UBS focused its attention on environmental issues while
developing its product manufacturing systems. Recycle , Reuse
Reduce was a priority in the development of our technology.
We found their was a lot of material that needed to be recycled
during our manufacturing process.
Instead of simply using these waste products to supply materials to
recycling organizations for little financial return UBS included a
recycling internal process that turns these materials into saleable
products increasing the profitability of the enterprise.
Once again creating further Employment within the one business
while creating even more opportunities to obtain Profit by
increasing the UBS product range.

By recycling the off cuts and scrap EPS that are
produced during our product manufacturing
stage it soon became apparent that this waste
material could be recycled into XPS which is
another extremely versatile building material.
Additionally by utilizing this recycled
material a number of other products can be
manufactured , for example:
1)Interior wall insulation
2)Roofing insulation
3)Foundation insulation
XPS materials can be utilized within
our product manufacturing line to
create , Fence panels, Screen wall
panels, Ceiling panels, Floor panels in
fact a large number of products from a
material that would have otherwise
been only suited to recycling
companies.

renovations and extensions, walls and fencing,
housing of every style you can imagine.

creation of employment , as well as the development of a business in which they can
offer products and services to the general public.

Sustainable Income
Based on conservative projections licensees of this technology have the potential
to make substantial returns on their investment within the first 12 months of
operation.
The intellectual property has been developed for a growth industry
“Environmentally friendly construction materials and advanced
construction method”.
UBS believe the environmentally friendly construction material industry to be a
relatively low risk, growth industry worldwide with a rapidly growing demand.

$1.2 million USD is sought in return for a License to manufacture Universal
Building Solutions eco friendly construction materials, utilize its advanced building
system designs and technologies. which forms the intellectual property of the
enterprise.
Licensee will have the right under license to manufacture and sell UBS products
and construction systems within a specific territory. (defined within the License )
1) An annual license fee of $300,000 USD will be paid to UBS Advanced
Technologies.
2) UBS AdvancedTechnologies will supply to licensees the specially designed
machinery that manufactures our construction materials , as a part of the package
to purchase the system (Price includes the first years License fee)
3) All the raw materials and our pre mixed coating materials will be purchased
from the licensor to ensure the quality of the products manufactured. ( Condition
of contract and License)
4) UBS will charge a royalty per square meter on all products manufactured by
licensee that are utilizing the technology. ($1.60 USD per square meter)
5) All Licensees will trade under the same name to promote International
recognition of the brand and its technology, ie: Universal Building Solutions
Australia (Master License) Universal Building Solutions Perth (Sub License)
Proposal for total package

Cost of Machinery , Intellectual Property (IP) and initial License fee.
The cost for theTotal Package is $1,200,000.00 USD
(ONE MILLIONTWO HUNDREDTHOUSAND USD only)
Included within the price of the package is
1) 1st years licensing fee.
2) EPS Production Line.
3) EPS hot wire cutting system.
4) EPS waste recycling system.
5) XPS Production Line.
6) Coating Production line.
7) Manuals containing the IP designs for building material product manufacturing.
8) Manuals containing the IP for the use of UBS products in construction.
9) Initial training of licensees employees to operate the plant and equipment,
10) Initial training of licensees employees to construct buildings using the IBS
system.
DeliveryTime of Machinery:
100 days after receipt of scheduled payments and completion of the Licensing
agreements.

Package additional costs
Additional technical service and cost that need to be allowed for.
1)The package price does not include the costs of -
a) Freight and carriage charges to the buyers factory location.
b) Insurance costs.
c)The cost of additional pipe & valves, switch & wire that may be required at the
buyers factory location.
d) Any additional worksite construction costs or modifications to the buyers
factory.
2) After the contract is signed, the buyer will instruct the seller all relative detailed
requirements of the base, water and electrical installation instruction, and so forth
within the factory by supplying detailed drawing showing details of the factory
layout and services so the seller may then supply related installation drawings and
parameters for the machineries installation.
3)The Seller should immediately dispatch technical personnel to the buyer’s
factory to instruct / oversee the installation and commissioning of the machinery
once all the plant arrives at the buyer’s factory location. Only when the buyer has
confirmation the preparation of the factory site is completed

4)The buyer will bear the expense of international round-trip tickets, lodging and
boarding, transport to and from the work site for all supervising technicians.
5) A subsidy for persons dispatched by the seller during the installation and
commissioning of machinery should be transferred byT/T before the dispatching of
persons under the standard fee of USD120.00 per calendar day per person.
6)The quality of above mentioned machinery and products meet the relative
standard of P.R.CHINA.
7)The warranty period is for 12 months from the date commissioning is finished,
any damage caused by misusage, incorrect usage, failure to service, clean or maintain
the machinery correctly is not covered by the manufactures warranty.
Note :
The above additional costs will need to be meet by the buyer as no allowance has
been given for these cost in the initial package price quoted.

UBS has developed manufacturing system to produce a wide range of building
materials from the one fully adjustable versatile plant.
1)Wall block and panel systems .
2) Fence panels – including LED lighting where required (panels only 40mm thick)
3) Flooring panels – suspended slab integrated formwork where the underside
becomes the ceiling of the room below.
4) Roofing panels - that can become the ceiling of the room below.
5) Columns and Beams - sizes as required .
6) Under slab pod system – which reduce the amount of concrete used.
7) MGO wall board and MGO structural flooring boards .
A number of additional products can be manufactured if required. For
example:
1)Interior wall insulation
2)Roofing insulation
3)Foundation insulation

Global warming, pollution and land degradation should be of a concern to all of us
as we only have one planet to live on.
Mankind has been destroying the Earth to obtain its natural resources for
centuries and now at an ever increasing rate as the worlds population grows.
We have already brought to extinction countless species of animals and destroyed
90% of the planets natural rain forests.
Over cultivated our valuable farm lands, turning the land barren as salinity rises,
which is then unable to support crop growth or pastures for grazing.
Over fished and polluted our seas and rivers, depleted our fresh water supplies by
global warming and climate change.
Many of our major cities have air that is so full of pollutants it’s hardly fit to
breathe and this pollution is causing dramatic health issues for the population
which in turn increases the strain on our medical services.
One wonders where its all going to end ?
UBS set out on a mission to develop a Construction System that would reduce
the amount of carbon emissions into our atmosphere and decrease the total
amount of raw materials used in construction.

UBS AdvancedTechnology has developed a total building system to which there are
no limits to what the system can be used for within the construction Industry.
1) Reduced transport costs and site clean up. (Minimal Waste)
2) Uses less concrete and steel than a conventional build, saving up to 50% however
the building remains structurally stronger.
3) Minimizes the time scaffolding is needed on site, due to the extremely fast build.
4) High R-Value of 7 and above (Thermal Quality)
5) Single skin construction (Faster Build time)
6) Simple services installation. (No wall cutting “chasing” to install services)
7) Blocks are pre coated to a machine finish internally and externally
8) Semi skilled, even unskilled workers, can erect a building.
9) Smaller air conditioning and or heating units need to be installed (Saving money
on purchase price the appliances and its running costs)
10) Noise Reduction (sound barrier qualities of both the EPS and MGO coating)
11) Light weight high strength construction – (Lower dead load weight reduces cost
of site works & ground works, saving money)
12) Can be engineered to withstand Cyclonic Winds and Earthquakes with ease.

Licensee will have the right under license to manufacture and sell UBS products and construction systems within a specific territory. (defined within the License ) 1) An annual license fee of $300,000 USD will be paid to UBS Advanced Technologies. 2) UBS AdvancedTechnologies will supply to licensees the specially designed machinery that manufactures our construction materials , as a part of the package to purchase the system (Price includes the first years License fee) 3) All the raw materials and our pre mixed coating materials will be purchased from the licensor to ensure the quality of the products manufactured. ( Condition of contract and License) 4) UBS will charge a royalty per square meter on all products manufactured by licensee that are utilizing the technology. UBS AdvancedTechnologyUBS AdvancedTechnology Package additional costs Additional technical service and cost that need to be allowed for. 1)The package price does not include the costs of - a) Freight and carriage charges to the buyers factory location. b) Insurance costs. c)The cost of additional pipe & valves, switch & wire that may be required at the buyers factory location. d) Any additional worksite construction costs or modifications to the buyers factory. 2) After the contract is signed, the buyer will instruct the seller all relative detailed requirements of the base, water and electrical installation instruction, and so forth within the factory by supplying detailed drawing showing details of the factory layout and services so the seller may then supply related installation drawings and parameters for the machineries installation. 3)The Seller should immediately dispatch technical personnel to the buyer’s factory to instruct / oversee the installation and commissioning of the machinery once all the plant arrives at the buyer’s factory location. Only when the buyer has confirmation the preparation of the factory site is completed

UBS AdvancedTechnologyUBS AdvancedTechnology 4)The buyer will bear the expense of international round-trip tickets, lodging and boarding, transport to and from the work site for all supervising technicians. 5) A subsidy for persons dispatched by the seller during the installation and commissioning of machinery should be transferred byT/T before the dispatching of persons under the standard fee of USD120.00 per calendar day per person. 6)The quality of above mentioned machinery and products meet the relative standard of P.R.CHINA. 7)The warranty period is for 12 months from the date commissioning is finished, any damage caused by misusage, incorrect usage, failure to service, clean or maintain the machinery correctly is not covered by the manufactures warranty.
