body
● Long term effects: tremors, permanent
brain damage, as well as addiction
Effects on Nervous system
● narcotics cannot dissolve in the
bloodstream and will cause clogging which
can destroy vital tissues
● people who take narcotics are twice as
likely to have a heart attack than people
who have not taken them
Effects on Cardiovascular system

your digestive system become more
sensitive causing pain)
Effects on the Digestive system
● numbing senses
● relieving pain
● inducing sleep
● help relieve anxiety
Medical uses
Since they are both depressants the CNS will slow down a
lot. When the CNS is slowed down, so are the other body
systems When taking a strong amount of both it can cause
the respiratory system to slow down so much that you
stop breathing. It can also cause you to become sedated,
Often times this mixture, when using enough of it, will
result in death. Narcotics and alcohol should never be
mixed together.
Narcotics mixed with alcohol
When you mix any narcotics with any other
drugs it will cause the effect of both to
become stronger and potentially kill you.
Especially mixing Narcotics and stimulants
which are exact opposites will react in a
life threatening manor.
Narcotics and other drugs
Narcotics are highly unsafe. They can rip apart
families, they can make you lose your job,
they can make you make some pretty bad
decisions. They can also kill you. Taking
narcotics puts you at risk of death and your
family at risk of grief. Narcotics should only be
used for medicinal reasons and they should
never be abused.
