My current position is consultant and department head at Cental Kansas Library System. I have a staff of four. I am a relationship builder who is interested in staying current on library trends. My work experience and education, which includes an MLS, is current and helps me to create goals and objectives in future positions. I have recently started researching the changing face of cataloging by learning more about Metadata, Linked Data and using RDA when cataloging. My main objectives: -Consulting with librarians -Original Cataloging for consortia catalog -Interlibrary Loan -Collection Development
