  5. 5. SUCCESSFULLY CREATE AN IMPACT IN OUTREACH Stakeholders Identify those who are key members of the community and create a dialogue with them. Get their ‘buy in’. Staff involvement Empower them to speak up with ideas and show their willingness to help accomplish a goal. Evaluation Evaluate and reevaluate from the very beginning. Be willing to make changes midstream. Listen to those with positive and negative feedback. 5
