dealerships where the salespeople knew nothing about the cars they were selling
and were literally reading directly from the sale sticker to tell us the features of
the vehicle, it was refreshing to come to meet Cristina at Paretti. I called the
dealership before our visit and Cristina was friendly on the phone. She took my
name and number and gave me her cell phone number. She told me to feel free
to text her before we headed to the dealership so she could make sure she was
available for us. After a quick test drive on a rainy night I knew the CX-5 was for

because I had come prepared planning on doing all the calculations on my own. I

correct--I'm an engineer, what do you expect? :) She was very patient with me
and gave me privacy to review and decide on the best price option and rate,
which was nice. When I went into the finance office to start discussing the final
terms, I had the intention of waiting another day to get a lower interest rate
elsewhere, but they had already drafted a contract with an interest rate that was
1% lower than they had previously offered, which got me to sign that day (I had
done my research in advance and knew the revised rate was the lowest I could
get even if I went somewhere else). Cristina really put me at ease as I was a little
stressed out about the idea of buying a car for the first time. I would say,
however, (and I would say this to any car buyer going to any dealership) that you
should do your research in advance--know your credit score, figure out what
rates/deals you can get, and pay attention to the final price you'll pay for the car
(after taxes, fees, down payment, and finance charges) rather than just focusing
on the initial asking price. All in all I had a very good experience at Paretti and I
would recommend them if you are thinking of buying a Mazda. Also, I saw some
negative reviews about the repair/service center, but I have used them once
before and I didn't have a problem.”
