I was looking for the opportunity to go there so that I can feel the vibes of this amazing place and when the opportunity presented itself, I packed my bags and set off on a solo trip, solo trip because I wanted to enjoy my own company to this picturesque destination, with an added twist - I decided to carry a folding table and chair along with me.
1. I was looking forward to getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life and spending
some time in this picturesque destination.
When the opportunity presented itself, I packed my bags and set off on a solo trip to Mt. Abu.
I wanted to enjoy my own company with an added twist—I decided to carry a folding table
and chair along with me!
It was early February when I arrived in Mount Abu, and the weather was cool and pleasant. I
had booked a cozy homestay near Nakki Lake, which is one of the major attractions in
Mount Abu. As soon as I checked in, I set up my folding table and chair on the balcony of my
room and took in the beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding hills.
The next morning, I woke up early, eager to explore the town. After a quick breakfast, I
folded up my table and chair and set off on foot. My first stop was the Dilwara Jain Temples,
which are known for their exquisite marble carvings and intricate designs. As I explored the
temples, I found myself lost in the beauty of the architecture and the spiritual atmosphere of
the place.
After exploring Dilwara Jain Temple, I walked around the town, taking in the sights and
sounds of Mount Abu. The streets were lined with shops selling souvenirs, handicrafts, and
local snacks. I stopped at a few shops and picked up some mementos to take back home.
By mid-day, I was feeling a little tired and hungry, so I decided to take a break and have
some lunch. I found a small restaurant near the main market and ordered some local
Rajasthani cuisine. As I sat at my folding table and chair, enjoying the food and the view of
the bustling market, I felt grateful for the convenience of having my own portable table and
chair.
In the afternoon, I decided to visit the Guru Shikhar, which is the highest peak in the Aravalli
Range and offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys. I took a local bus to the
base of the peak and then hiked up to the summit. As I sat on my folding chair at the top,
admiring the panoramic view, I felt a sense of accomplishment and fulfilment.
Over the next few days, I explored various other attractions in Mount Abu, such as the Nakki
Lake, the Toad Rock, the Sunset Point, and the Brahma Kumaris Spiritual University. At
each place, I would set up my folding table and chair and take in the beauty and serenity of
the surroundings.
On my last day in Mount Abu, I decided to take a trek through the lush green forests of the
Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary. The trek was challenging but rewarding, as I got to see a
variety of wildlife such as deer, monkeys, and peacocks. I even spotted a few leopards from
a distance.
As I returned to my homestay, I was so tired but happy. I reflected on my trip and the
experience of carrying a folding table and chair with me. While it may seem like a small
thing, having my own portable table and chair added a level of convenience and comfort to
my trip that I had not experienced before. I could set it up anywhere and have my own
personal space to sit and relax, even in crowded areas. I Bought it online at Corvids, It is a
leading manufacturing and eCommerce Retail industry that aims to deliver the best quality
products at the best price in India.
2. In conclusion, my Mount Abu trip with a folding table and chair was a unique and memorable
experience. It allowed me to explore the beauty of the town at my own pace and in my own
comfort. I would highly recommend carrying a portable table and chair on your next trip,
especially if you are traveling solo or on a budget. It is a small investment that can make a
big difference in your overall travel experience.
