I am very interested in joining the Technical staff at your business. I am looking to add
value to your company and possibly be considered for permanent employment. I am certain
that my experience as an administrative professional, organizational skills, customer service

The Jamaica Combined Cadet Force where I serve as a Training Instructor is a
voluntary part-military youth organization based in secondary schools and this is where I have
gained good work ethics and experience for the working environment. In a previous job I was
the Administrative Clerk at York Pharmacy some of my duties included operating a multiple
line phone system, maintaining a manual filing system, Data Entry, Inventory Management
and making Purchase Orders. I am very proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite and other
software. I have a Diploma in Computer Systems Technology and I am also CompTIA
certified, showing that I have the technical know how to do the job. I am also pursuing an
Associate Degree in Computer System Technology on a part-time basis; however these classes
only take place from Mondays to Thursdays during the nights from 5:30PM to 8:30PM.
If considered for the position I will be a responsible employee, arriving on time,
completing my work in a timely manner and paying close attention to health and safety rules.
I'm good with people, a team player and I am hard working. In addition, I am good at multi-
tasking, able to work on own initiative and excellent with the computer. I would appreciate the
