APSCUF-KU OM November 2015 - Present
• Strengthened existing, and created new lines of communication among faculty, coaches, students, staff, facilities, and administration.
Developed an online presence for APSCUF-KU, expanding reach and creating opportunity for organizational networking and
development.
• Improved efficiency: Organized and updated the chapter and chapter office to current technological standards.
• Developed and implemented organizational assessment tools, employing quantitative and qualitative metrics. Developed strategic
plan for leadership to strengthen local chapter, and best coordinate local and state goals.
• Created several datasets to monitor progress of targeted areas and implementation of strategic plan action items.
• Provided all necessary support, logistic and analytic, to leadership and members for preparation and implementation of historic
strike, successfully coordinating multiple committees, local and state goals, and hundreds of faculty and students.
Graduate Assistant to Kutztown University Biology Department 2013 - 2015
• Prepared and maintained the non-major introductory biology lab. Conducted bi-weekly student make-up lab sessions.
Communicated schedules and lab requirements to supervisors, faculty, and staff.
• Created digital document of department BIO 10,11 Lab Manual.
Assistant to Darree Sicher, Director, United Sludge-Free Alliance 2010 – 2012
• Researched municipal, state, and federal legislation on the land application of sewage sludge. Created database of legislation.
• Assisted in the planning and execution of one local, and one regional conference. Produced information and promotion documents
for conferences.
Vice-President, Kutztown Area Democratic Club 2009 – 2010
• Community Outreach and Education: Created a Youth Activist Organization. Planned, negotiated and executed a five-week film
series and lead wrap-up discussions. Promoted issues and candidates within Berks County.
