About
I am an academic and activist, trained in medicine, epidemiology and public health. I am an honorary professor at the Australian National University, and have recently been appointed to the Scientific Advisory Committee of Doctors for the Environment, Australia. I have published almost 200 chapters and articles in peer reviewed journals, one edited book ("Climate Change and Global Health", CABI 2014) and one co-edited book ("Health of People, Places and Planet. Reflections based on Tony McMichael’s four decades of contribution to epidemiological understanding", ANU Press).
In 2014 I co-founded Health-Earth (https://health-earth.weebly.com/). We welcome friends.
Opinions are my own
