Aluminium 101 Training – 2 Days
Overview of Aluminium windows, doors, sliders and general. (Product training)

A breakdown of what these regulations are and what they mean to you as fabricator.
Additional & Ongoing Training
Installation Training – ½ Day Theory & first 3 – 5 installations.
Training on what to do on site and what to look for, general details on fixing and installing of
aluminium frames/doors/windows to buildings.
As each building is different it is difficult to have a set ‘standard’ on what to do on site. It is
recommended to look at each application and ensure the following items are looked at.
• Squareness of opening
• Reveal conditions (Cavity, flatness…)
• Surroundings where frame will be installed
• Finished Floor Level
• Level of floor level (Sliders and doors to have flat surface)
• Fixing bolts/screws/foam needed for correct application
• Ideal seal between frame and walls/members
Fabrication Training – 1 Week Theory & Fabrication.
Training in the factory on machines, and assembly of frames. Please see Wispeco website and follow
the link ‘Training’ and fill in the needed form to request training.
Fabrication training will be available on the different systems, once application is filled in to Wispeco
the team there will advise on a training date and amount of people they can accommodate with costs
included for the training.
To start off we recommend having training in the following systems.

• Clip 44 (Doors & Shopfront)
• Vistafold
• Palace Sliding doors
• Patio Sliding Doors
