We all live our lives differently, which
means that depending on our
schedules, some of us may have more
time for our skin care than others.
Depending the way we live affects the
way our skin reacts to certain
situations, such as sleep deprivation,
or too much junk food, and so on.
Knowing what causes your skin to get
blemishes or dark spots is important to
not only prevent further blemishes,
but it helps knowing how it affects
your skin, and your body as well. By
knowing the consequences of certain
lifestyles or daily routines, you’ll be
able to speed up the process in
achieving clearer skin.
Staying up and doing “all nighters”
or simply not sleeping comfortably
may produce more cortisol (a type
of hormone) which causes more
stress, and what does stress lead to?
Acne. While you’re dreaming, your
body is basically rehydrating itself,
from your skin all the way down to
your internal organs, so if you don’t
get enough sleep, then your body
becomes imbalance. You could
possibly lose that radiant glow on
your face and giving you puffy eye
bags, paleness, dark circles, and
even wrinkles. And even if you use

substitute your cup of milk with soy milk or eat edamame!
Stay Young with Oatmeal
Oatmeal requires less processing which means most of the
