• Represented aviation service providers, as Senior Legal Counsel for BBA
Aviation Services Group, regarding real estate leasing and development matters as well as
general and commercial aviation operational matters: equipment leases, general aviation
services, air carrier into-plane fueling and ground handling, fuel facility operation, glycol
recovery and deicing services; and analysis required for corporate mergers and acquisitions
as well as corporate realignment of commercial services.
• Successfully concluded Seminole County homeowner class action against major
developer and siding manufacturer; successfully concluded individual homeowner action
against realtor and seller for fraud regarding failure to disclose latent conditions;
• Representation in disputes under employment contracts and discrimination.
