extensive experience in all aspects of Finance and Retail with specific focus on the
following:
Provide management with the requisite level of assurance to address their concerns in
both financial and operational areas.
Focusing on business risks together with management to identify their needs taking into
account key performance indicators and critical success factors.
Conducting merger and acquisitions
Actioning plans for the development of a robust internal control framework
Conducting due diligence reviews so that business risks critical to the success of the
enterprise are being properly managed.

probable and possible explanations.
Preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly Reports and Budgets.
My role while being involved in the above was mainly as Financial Director and Owner of
Retail outlets, although I fulfilled the role as project member during the planning and
implementation of some of the organisation development activities.
It is my objective to further my career in the area of Law, as Advocate, and leading directly
in the field of Judiciary of the highest level. My aim is simple. To become the next Chief
Justice of South Africa.
I have discovered a new profound desire and interest in the theory of LAW and practicality

Over the past five years I've integrated e-commerce into my private consulting and
commercial experience.
E-commerce allowed me to link electronically to suppliers and to my customers. This helps
eliminate expensive administration costs and allow lower prices for the customer.
Internet technology allowed me to change all areas of a business, to allow a reduction in
