2. Why are we different?
• Our agenda is much more than just launching a new token
• From the outset we focused on real commercial applications
for blockchain
• We would not bring a new token into the market without knowing that we can back that coin with
traditional business and well founded revenue streams
• We already operate in the business and industrial space
• We are all about producing productivity tools and taking those to our target sectors
3. Who are we?
• The founders and senior executives are experienced professionals with combined 90 years
experience in IT, aerospace tech, anti-counterfeit and surveillance technologies, transport logistics
(including Cold Chain) and IoT.

4. Who are we?
• We have engaged a team of other industry specialists to allow us to interface with those sectors
and enterprises that are targets of the CLand business plan.

5. Who are we?
• We have formed alliances with reputable government agencies to build bespoke add-ons to the
CLand blockchain, notably –
* CSIRO (Australian government research organization; inventors of wi-fi and developers of Red
Belly Blockchain)
* Fortiss (German Institute of AI and Machine Learning)

6. “CLand has developed the first Ethereum IoT
sidechain that takes account of clearly defined
business requirements. On this chain, each IoT
participant company can readily upgrade their
operations to the blockchain system, with little
additional cost to them in developing blockchain
capacity.”
7. IoT Business Challenges
• Blockchain is the key that will allow the IoT to lift to new levels of efficiency. However, in the
applications processes there are significant hurdles –
• The business and sensors data is often complex and presents in various forms
• Dumping massive loads of data on blockchains without qualification consumes
lots of nodes and wastes gas and the slow speed of data processing
• Communication difficulties between businesses and blockchain development
teams
8. CLand Response To The Challenges – Stage One
• The CLand project allows selected IoT companies to apply blockchain technology without
incurring the significant upfront cost of doing so in their own right
• We are establishing an easy-to-use development platform for building front-end DAPPS
• Our CLand system is providing the data blocks, with Ethereum anchored back-end services
• We have focused on two areas requiring radical improvement in the chain –
✓ Bad data and data peaks; rectified with data cleansing to improve data quality
before transfer to Ethereum – with AI/ML smarts from Fortiss
✓ TPS and block time and block gas limits (the most important metrics for
blockchain throughput) - Targeting TPS of 200K with CSIRO smarts
9. CLand Response To The Challenges – Stage Two
• We have established and will grow the CLand Foundation, allowing targeted developers to
participate in the Foundation community. This will contribute to the intellectual pool that allows
the CLand Chain to be in state of constant improvement.
• We have established the CLand Alliance to facilitate participation of businesses that have an
interest in IoT and bring with them industry specific knowledge. The Alliance is already bringing
together corporations with a requirement for large immutable databases

11. Why are we excited by doing biz in Australia?
✓ Australia has experienced the longest period of economic growth of any
country in the developed world, with an average growth rate of 3.2 per cent per
annum
✓ Government policy supports research in many fields and has a road-map for
blockchain standards –
▪ ISO has approved Australia’s recommendations for a new International
Standard for Blockchains
▪ Australia is to manage the Secretariat of the International Technical
Committee for Blockchain.
• Australia is viewed as a safe, stable environment for business and
scientific endeavor.
12. Why are we excited by doing biz in Australia?
• Australian business is already committing to blockchain.
b
The banking sector, for instance, are on-board at many levels.
▪ Commonwealth Bank (CBA) has been mandated by the World Bank to be
the issuer of the first bond globally to be created, allocated, transferred and
managed using blockchain technology
▪ ANZ, NAB and Westpac banks teamed with IBM to complete the
guarantee process on blockchain in commercial property leasing
▪ Most major banks and second tier FIs are investing in Fintechs, either
individually or collaboratively
✓ And that’s just the start of the opportunities …………..
13. Why are we excited by doing biz in Australia?
• Australia - “The Switzerland of the Pacific”
✓ Governments in some parts of the World are not supportive of crypto currencies
and crypto exchanges
✓ The Australian Government is supportive of the concept of cryptos and exchanges
✓ CLand is building a support system for selected crypto exchanges to operate from
the Australian ‘safe haven’
14. CLand Early Stage Commercial Clients
• Commercial discussions are under way with businesses in the following sectors wanting to develop
or expand their reliance on IoT. (Some of these are subject to NDAs) -
✓ Transport logistics & Cold Chain
✓ People and Places resources management
✓ Food and high value products provenance
✓ Power generation and supply
✓ Agriculture & Livestock management
15. Example of Current Project - CLand Cold Chain System
• A new standard in data generation, collection and
management in Cold Chain and Transport logistics
• An integrated package of custom designed sensors and
transmitters, on both the product and pallets
• Data collection and processing managed using Artificial
Intelligence with a neural network add-on to ensure
accuracy and immutability of the data stored on the CLand
/ Ethereum chains
16. CLand Cold Chain System – the mathematics
• Together with a top 100 listed company in Australia,
CLand is developing the worlds first real time trackable
and climate sensing “Smart Pallet”
• For a single client with 300,000 pallets potential,
temperature sensor data alone =
300K x 8 bytes / min = 2.4MB data to the CLand Chain /
min.
• In addition, the location data = 2.5 K controllers x 4 / min.
x 8 bytes = 80K / min.
• So data total is 3.5 GB / 24 hours
