Residencial Casa Linda (RCL) – known as one of the safest, and most secure gated
communities on the north coast of The Dominican Republic.

In RCL we offer the complete package,

price, starting at US$167,800 (for a nice, 2
bed, 2 bath villa) payable in 5 payments.
The important part is that we build the villa
of your choice on the lot that you choose -
we currently have 12 villa models on offer.
The whole process will last 3 months
between reservation and completion.
