I have been a franchise owner with College Pro Exterior Painters for over two years where it was my privilege
to hire and work with Chris Hewitt. I originally hired Chris as a painter but it became evident very quickly that
Chris was overqualified for the position and was quickly promoted to job site manager.
He managed the crew of painters that I hired, making sure all supplies were available, ensuring the job was
being done in a safe and efficient manner, addressed any concerns from employees and took proper corrective
action when needed. He worked with the customers to ensure that each project was completed above
expectation. He was very knowledgeable in the use of ladders and aerial devices, teaching other employees
proper use.
I have always found Chris to be an honest, hardworking, intelligent, and trustworthy individual. I highly
