OBJECTIVE
My objective is to find employment with an organization utilizing my medical skills and
training.
SKILLS
17 years experience in healthcare at different capacities. I have worked with people at all
levels and ages in healthcare. I possess great communication skills which has allowed me to
teach within the healthcare setting. I was a trainer when Allina went to EMR and was even
sent Allina wide to train individuals at other facilities. Shortly after, I was recruited by Allina
to do statistical reporting by gathering data for case report forms using Oracle’s data mining
software applications. I am team oriented and work well with teams. I have received
excellent review from previous employers and employees regarding my excellent
communication style. Easily able to adapt my communication style from verbal to nonverbal
and technical to basic. Included in my skill set and education, I am suitably tailored to
healthcare, computers and education (including Industrial Psychology, Healthcare
terminology, writing, personnel training and development, organizational training and
development, organizational development and psychology of learning. I have general
computer troubleshooting skills along with a broad array of computer software applications.
ACHIEVEMENTS
I have two degrees. BS in Psychology, Business and Industry Education and IT studies from the
University of Minnesota. Also, I have an AS in nursing from Minneapolis Community and
Technical College. Worked as an RN at area hospitals, clinics, etc. for over 10 years. I have
volunteered at local food shelves and churches. I received honors in Chemistry at Cambridge
Community College. I received academic honors in high school, lettering in academics. I
graduated with my BS in Psychology with a 3.45 GPA.
