• Managing & Monitoring Network with Cisco ASR 901,920,903,9010 series
Router.
• Provide solution for incoming work requests (including new builds, configuration
changes and modifications, and problem fixes).
• Troubleshooting network related issue (ISIS, BGP, MPLS)
• Manage Change Request Queue such as action assignment, status update,
escalation, closing completion and resolution as per Sponsor’s standards and
procedures.
• Managing data network of more than 650+ sites of Vadodara cluster.
• Coordinate change requests with Engineering Group, Network Operations Center.
• Supporting O&M of the IP MPLS CORE and aggregation sites for RJIL project to
Network Engineers L1-level.
