Cox's Bazar is a renowned and
enchanting tourist destination located in
Bangladesh.
Tourist service facilities are crucial for a
tourist destination to hold its charm.
These facilities include: accommodation
options, transportation services, guided
tours, recreational activities, dining
options, entertainment, shopping, and
support services like travel agencies and
information centers.
Satisfactory level of the tourist determines
the fate of a tourist spot in the long run.
4. Aim & Objectives
The aim of this study is to- assess the tourist service satisfaction at Cox's
Bazar, Bangladesh, in order to identify areas of strengths and improvement,
and provide recommendations for enhancing the overall tourist experience.
The main objectives are:
