Charlie Mattox is applying for a position to continue coaching volleyball. He has extensive playing and coaching experience in volleyball. As a player, he played varsity volleyball for Campolindo High School from 2012-2015, where his teams won several championships. He also played club volleyball from 2012-2015. For coaching experience, he coached middle school volleyball and volunteered at youth volleyball camps from 2010-2014. He is currently enrolled at San Diego City College pursuing a degree.

STANLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL

Middle School Coach and Asst. Coach – Began a new program at Stanley Middle school for
boys 7th and 8th grade volleyball. Head Coach of the second squad and assistant coach for the
first team. Developed practice schedule and training program, communicated to
administration on team status and developed players who still play the game today.
The Stanley Boys Volleyball teams place 1st and 2nd in the year end district tournament.
BAMM – BAY AREA MAGIC MAKERS
March 2010 – June 2013 (3 Years)
The BAMM Squad, the Bay Area Magic Makers, is the core, teen council of the Peter Pan
Foundation. BAMM members are responsible for nearly every aspect of the PPF. From
planning performances, community service, PPF bonding nights, members need to ensure the
high quality and organization that the PPF is known for. This philanthropy raised over
$100,000 while I was a member and impacted many lives. We raised money through

performances throughout the Bay Area and donated all proceeds to the Children’s Hospital of
Oakland. In 2011 I was selected as a PPF’er of the year recipient for my contributions to the
community and this organization.
