Biography
Charlie began his career in the chemical repackaging and distribution industry in 1997 as a chemical handler for Industrial
Chemical and Supply in Tampa, Florida. Industrial Chemical was acquired by Holland Chemical Inc. (“HCI”) and eventually
Brenntag Mid-South where Charlie continued to grow and serve in an operational, safety and compliance supervisory role.
Charlie continued progressing in his career while working with several other chemical distributors before bringing his talents to
R&S Compliance Group, LLC. as the Regulatory Programs Director where he serves as a senior Safety and Compliance
Auditor and Instructor with specialties in the chemical manufacturing, repackaging and distribution industries.
