Charles “Chuck” Scroggs of Rockwall,Texas, has driven operations at Southwest Scaffolding, LLC, in nearby
Rowlett since 2012. In addition to his work at Southwest Scaffolding, Chuck Scroggs was recently voted into
the Rockwell County Sheriff’s Posse.

Common areas of focus include removing animals that have wandered onto public roadways and serving as
event patrol at high school activities and other public gatherings. Members of the Rockwell County Sheriff’s
Posse often carry out patrol work while riding horseback.
4. Not all the posse’s responsibilities are directly linked to public safety. For instance, the organization is a
regular participant in the annual Christmas and Spring Baseball parades, as well as the county’s
Independence Day celebrations. In the past, the Sheriff’s Posse took first place at the Fort Worth Stock
Show parade.
