How to conquer fear to progress in your career. I was fearless growing up. I spent a few years as a goth, and it wasn’t my proudest decade – for the most part, people people were scared of ME, and my parents feared I would never get a job wearing black lipstick – and an attitude to match. But here I am today - I’m a designer so I still wear a lot of black - but I have a career I'm extremely proud of. I've had a vocational journey in graphic design, but my trajectory has shifted several times, and the best changes I've made advancing my career have boiled down to hitting the nail on the head of my insecurities and taking risks, big and small.
