I am an HR Generalist based in Guernsey, the Channel Islands, currently responsible for HR across the Channel Islands and UK within the Healthspan Group reporting to the Board and Deputy CEO. Previously I have worked in both the public and private sector, finance and commercial organisations, in unionised and non unionised environments. My experience extends across the full spectrum of what HR can offer and my strengths lie in getting the best out of people and dealing with difficult situations.
