many other issues I have recently encountered. Carlo is one of the best
support techs we have had on staff in quite some time. He is courteous and
helpful. He takes the time to follow up and confirm that whatever problems
you are having are corrected and that you are able to do your job. Carlo is
doing a great job and I know not everyone says thank you or appreciates
workers like him on a regular basis.
