I have commanded container vessels.During off sailing vacations i shared my knowledge and experience with budding officers at Tolani Maritime Institute.I got an opportunity to manage and execute the on-board cadet training program of Seaspan Ship Management.It was a learning experience.Further i was also training crew on board.In order to get to the root cause behind marine accidents ,i under took certificate course on occupational health and safety from Lloyd`s Register.
