MARKET WRAP
Indian market gains 2.40%, Nifty above 5600, up 131 pts & Sensex up 465 pts.
EUR M3 Money supply y/y came at 2.0 vs. 1.7% as against expected at 1.5%.
Euro markets were up trivially with DAX leading, Dow future was down 10 pts.

Indian equity market was up for fourth straight session due to short covering, FII’s
buying and technical break out above 5610 taking Nifty above 5600 at 5655 while
Sensex surged 465 pts to close at 18816. European markets were up marginally
despite German IFO business climate coming up at 111.1. Dow future was down 10 pts.

Stock Recommendation
CapitalHeight’s stock recommendation for 28/03/2011 is State Bank of India.
India

State Bank of India has made a head and shoulder on the daily chart and has taken
support of its neckline at 2520. It has ended almost 3% up at 2710.85. Given the
2710
positive market cues we expect SBI to continue its bullish trend and test the level of
2740 which if broken then can extend the rally to 200 DMA at 2790
2790.

Our recommendation on State bank of India is BUY above 2715 for the TG 2735 - 2765
