WORK EXPERIENCE
After graduating with my HND, I undertook an unpaid shadowing role, as a
Quantity Surveyor for the Forth Crossing Bridge Constructors. This placement has
given me invaluable experience in a construction environment as first-hand
experience in the role of a Quantity Surveyor. My role included a wide range of
tasks including preparing variations, calculating time sheets & payments for
Subcontractors, preparing subcontract agreements, site visits and producing take
offs as well as a number of other tasks.
