Chinese Environmental Scholars & Professionals Network (CESPN) was founded in the United States in September, 2007. The founders of CESPN are a group of scholars and professionals actively studying and practicing environmental science and engineering in North American and European countries. The mission of CESPN is to protect and enhance environment through scientific and educational collaboration among scholars and professionals in both China and the rest of the world. Driven by strong concerns for environmental issues in China and worldwide, CESPN is determined to be a forum of knowledge exchange, technology transfer, and professional communication among Chinese environmental profession
