This document discusses engaging all generations in the learning process and examines generational cohorts' learning style preferences. It suggests that generations are shaped by the times and environments in which they were born and live. The document reviews empirical data and research on how generational traits impact perceptions of work and learning design. Suggestions are provided for making learning experiences more inclusive and accessible to all generations by using adaptive and game-based design, facilitating mentoring, and addressing different learning speeds and abilities.
