the preceding year or the minimum applicable fee for
licensees in operation for a period of less than 1 year).

5. Documentary Compliance 1

operations
1.File for approval; the description of service, terms and
conditions of the service and dispute resolution mechanism.
2.Submit compensation policy with respect to loss or damage
of postal articles.
3.Submit complaint handling procedure.
6. Documentary Compliance 2
The following to be submitted periodically
1.Submission of tariff structure whenever there are changes.
2.Quarterly submission of compliance returns.
3.Annual submission of a copy of the audited financial
statements from the previous year.
4.Annual submission of a valid tax compliance certificate.
5.Annual submission of a current certificate of shareholding for
limited companies.
7. Operational Compliance
To be verified through routine inspections
1.Display of valid compliance certificate.
2.Maintain customer care service phone line and desk.
3.Display of tariffs and the associated delivery timelines.
4.Levy appropriate minimum tariff for letters weighing less than 350 gm.
5.Display of the list of prohibited items.
6.Display of complaint handling procedure.
7.Availability of complaint registration forms and complaint register.
8.Adequate provisions for security of staff and postal articles.
9.Proper treatment of undeliverable postal articles.
