In 2008, I got a scholarship for a PhD in Law, specializing in restructuring sovereign debt so that highly indebted poor countries may address & hopefully prioritize direct spending on areas of economic development, such as sustainability & ending poverty. As an economist, I have a broad & deep experience in finance & development & can shift perspectives from the micro to macro, having worked in the academe, government, corporate, cooperative & non-profit organization sectors in line executive positions & senior staff functions.
