I started to work in 1996 when the information technology was making early steps in consumer sector and I became a manager in year 2000, when the business was prosperous; from 2009 I working in a consulting firm as IT Service Manager for the Italian, Greek and Turkish countries; beside my primary role, I’m also holding a position as IT project coordinator for the worldwide IT Service Operation team. My main duties consist in the management of IT environments, IT resources, deployment of projects, delivery of helpdesk support and recursive maintenance; I also look after the financial management aimed at costs reduction and the optimization of processes on both infrastructures and applicat.
