Center geographical location and to
the optic fiber backbones, connecting
Milan MIX (most important italian private
HUB) and DE-CIX (the most important
European HUB, in Frankfurt), we are
linked with carriers all over Europe and in
other 60 countries around the world.
In our Data Center we offer Virtual
Dedicated Servers, housing/co-location,
hosting and VPN solutions, based on
the most up to date technologies;
additionally we also offer high
performance portable encryption devices
to protect files, directories and disks,
as well as to safely use Cloud storage
services, share reserved information
with third parties and support, through
optional plug-in, safe VoIP phone calls.

ISO 27001
Comunica has obtained the ISO 27001
certification Security management,
which establishes the implementation
of adequate and certified security
procedures to protect information
resources hosted in his Data Center.
ISO 9001
Comunica has obtained the ISO 9001
certification for quality management.
This standard applies to processes
related to the creation and control of the
products and services we provide and
establish systematic verification activities
in order to meet the requirements and
expectations of customers.

analyses and evaluates the main
factors of greater or lesser risk that
may threaten the operation of a data

power to establish such consistency

With Resolution 37, dated 17 october
2011, the Italian Data Protection
Authority, considering the appropriate
level of protection provided
by Switzerland, authorised the transfer
of personal information from Italy
to Swiss Confederation.

8. SECURITY
Our Data Center is equipped with a multi layers
physical security system, with a central telephone
dialler module on mixed network (fix/mobile),
designed to nullify tampering attempts. This system
manages the exterior area of the building using
inertial sensors as well as the interior is controlled
also by acoustic and volumetric sensors. All sensors
are equipped with autonomous self test features
controlled by the central unit.
The offices and the Data Center area are equipped
with CCTV cameras working together with a lighting
system controlled by motion control sensors.
Cameras interconnected on an TCP/IP architecture
allowing a full remote control and visibility;
the outside area is monitored by Speed Dome
cameras.
