My project is the underwriting transformation efforts. Which means that I
have weekly meetings with application leads and project managers to make
sure they are properly taking the right steps to transition into the new
TCS contract smoothly without any negatives and to make sure that the
environment management and delivery is completed. My team and I also
must coordinate the environment delivery milestones and work on a week
to week bases to update scorecard highlighting's for the underwriting
environment management effectiveness project.

 Met Various C-Levels within CNA while grasping
information
MY WORK IN CNA
CNA has taught me more then one lesson. Starting with if you
work on your passion it is easier to get up in the morning to
come in. CNA has taught me that building relationships with
your co-workers is a good thing to help you during the day. I
also learned the importance of showing hard work and dedication
on your projects and to always use your first impression like its
your last. I can also take away that you must be dependable it is
a key point in your teams success.
