When I set out to create a business that serviced many different industries and business sizes I understood
that there had to be something different that set me apart from any other ordinary bookkeeping service.
From Start2Finish Bookkeeping understands the need for affordable bookkeeping services, that is why I have
developed affordable rates thanks to technology and a selection of trusted CPA’s. What does this mean for you?
This means a couple of different things:
For starters, you will not incur any additional costs outside of my fees for services I provide to
you; when using an independent Accountant or accounting firm fees can sometimes be billed out
at too high of fees. All financial statements will be submitted to a CPA on a quarterly basis for a
cursory review; I absorb this fee at 100% of the billed rate. Submitting quarterly financials for a
cursory review helps keep the business on track for having all necessary information ready come
tax time.
With a selection of trusted CPA’s, you have access to additional consulting services at a reduced
rate. Sometimes diving into your business in greater detail over the financial data I have prepared
for you is necessary. You also have an option to file all yearly business tax returns and personal tax
returns at a discounted rate. (I will explain more about this bonus later)!
*Please note that if you already have a CPA you are happy with, I will serve as the acting liaison for
the comfort and ease of transferring documents come tax time.

Start2Finish Bookkeeping Package
The day-to-day bookkeeping package takes the stress out of having to keep up with daily bookkeeping activities and
virtually allows for peace of mind in knowing that your businesses budgeting and reconciliation needs are in good hands.
From day one of meeting onsite we will establish clear needs and expectations. This package also goes further than just
the day-to-day duties; it also works hard to take care of all duties outside of budgeting and reconciling including:
Accounts Payable Managing vendors and all payments that must be issued based on deadlines. At your direction
payments will be issued to vendors without having to worry about personally addressing them and making sure
they are mailed off.
Accounts Receivable Monitoring and reconciling when money is coming in for work completed by your business.
Payroll Processing Taking the headache out of having to spend time issuing payment to all employees, this
process will consist of ensuring that the correct payments are issued to the appropriate employee. This service
will also track timing for hourly employees, salaried employees, bonuses, sick/vacation pay, and any garnishments
received with your approval.
Taxes The service will ensure you are fully compliant with all necessary taxes your company is responsible
ranging from sales tax to payroll taxes. All forms will be properly filled out and your signature and approval will
be required before any tax forms or payments are issued. (Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Monthly, and Quarterly taxes
are all administered for your convenience).
Bank Reconciliations No matter the amount of bank accounts your business operates with, every account will
be reconciled at month’s end.
Notary Services
Month End Compiled Financial Statement Preparation For budgeting, analyzing and decision-making reasons
and financial statements will be compiled at month end for your review.
Quarterly financial statement reviews by a CPA for smooth year-end tax preparation at no additional charge
to you.
Year End Processing (W-2’s, 1099’s)
*Monthly package fees range from $300.00/month to $2,500.00/month dependent on
the size of your business and number of transactions handled monthly.
*Perhaps you would like additional services added or removed. Services can be added or removed for a modified rate.
*Hourly rates upon request.
Managed Bookkeeping Package
The managed bookkeeping package allows for you to keep your current bookkeeping in house with the support of a
professional. This service is ideal for businesses that would like for their current bookkeeping personnel to be trained,
supervised, and still receive higher services that include:
Month End Account Reconciliations From bank statements to the general ledger, rest assured that accounts will
be tied out to ensure 100% accuracy. (Bank accounts, tax accounts, payables, receivables).
Posting of month-end and year-end journal entries.
Month End Compiled Financial Statement Preparation For budgeting, analyzing, and decision-making reasons
and financial statements will be compiled at month end for your review.
Year End Processing (W-2’s, 1099’s).
*Monthly package fees range from $150.00/month to $850.00/month.

Full service payroll processing does not just stop at the administering of payroll for hourly and salaried
employees or contract personnel, it also aids in ensuring your business is in compliance with federal and state
payroll taxes.
Full Administration of Payroll to all staffed personnel after your approval.
Full Administration of Payments to contract personnel after your approval.
Preparation of all payroll tax forms (Weekly, Semi-Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
Issuing payment for all state and federal payroll taxes that are due after your approval.
Preparing detailed payroll reports for analyzing purposes.
Paying any garnishments received on behalf of an employee.

I understand that the thought of trying to develop and set-up a new software system or point of sale system
can be both challenging and time consuming. Being an expert in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Peachtree,
Point of Sale systems and other accounting software systems I am happy to take charge and help your business
develop the perfect bookkeeping and/or point of sale system to fit your company’s needs. Setting up a new
software system does not just stop at development, it also requires training, but don’t worry I have that base
covered also! I always enjoy a new challenge of designing a system that will fit your company for years to come.
This service also includes transferring files from one existing system to a new system.
*The hourly rate for software development and training is $80.00/hour.
Simply All Taxes
Imagine never having to worry about managing tax accounts ever again! This service includes:
Complete Reconciliation of all Tax Accounts to ensure all tax filings and payments have been issued to proper
state and local agencies.
Form filings/Electronic filings for All Sales Tax (if needed).

6. Year End Processing
There is no time that is more stressful than when it is yearend and the tax deadline is looming. With hours in
the day already limited I understand the need for extra help and a second set of eyes to ensure all financial documents
are in order and ready to be delivered to a CPA for tax return preparation. Yearend processing help includes:
Preparing all W-2’s and 1099’s.
Reviewing documents ready to be handed over to a CPA.
Ensuring all tax accounts are of good standing.
Computing and inputting any missing information
Delivering all necessary documents to a CPA of your choice and being available to assist with any questions.
*An hourly rate of $25.00/hour is assessed.
New Business Start-Up Package
Starting a new business is a very exciting time, but before a business can successfully open up its doors there is
a lot of work to do. Allow me to help you properly start your business and file all of the necessary paperwork to prevent
problems from arising down the road. This package does not just stop once you have successfully opened your doors, it
also includes:
Filing paperwork to obtain a Federal Tax Identification number from the IRS.
Filing paperwork to become an LLC or Corporation with the proper Secretary of State.
Filing paperwork to create a sales tax withholding identification number (if your business is expecting to generate
revenue in sales).
Filing paperwork to create a withholding tax identification number (if your business is planning on issuing payroll).
Assistance in developing bookkeeping procedures/internal controls.
Assistance in selecting, developing, and training on accounting software. (QuickBooks, Peach wave, etc.).

Oftentimes businesses seek out bookkeepers for one-off projects to help accomplish a specified task. If your
business needs help trying to accomplish one or two items before taking the reins back then consider this a
contending option. Services from reconciling accounts, catching up the books, or working on software related
items; this service is perfect for those seeking a rate this is billed out hourly. All rates will be agreed upon
after the initial meeting, as pricing will vary on the severity of the work and the size of the business.

7. Who is
My name is Brett Barrientos and I have worked in the field of finance since May 2008, and have always enjoyed
finding strategic ways to efficiently analyze trends and patterns. My main goal at the end of every day is to
ensure that I have addressed every issue or concern and delivered outstanding work that is satisfactory to
every client I am employed by. I am extremely hardworking; diligent in all areas of the work I do, knowledgeable
about the field of finance, honest, ethical, and excellent with communication.
Why The Field Of Finance?
Having grown up in a very small town I was always taught that “community” meant taking care of one another
the best that one could. Both of my parents are entrepreneurs that run small businesses, so the interest in
what made each business successful and how big decisions were made began to strike a chord of interest. No
business is ever successful without having a good set of books that allows for analyzing and understanding the
overall business performance. Just like in a “community” where individuals lookout for one another, the field of
finance is very similar in the fact I have an opportunity to provide a clear picture of a company’s overall health
and sustainability through recording and analyzing business transactions.
Not too long after taking a position as the Controller for a large retail chain was I able to conclude that my
passions ultimately lied in the field of finance without a doubt. Performing small accounting duties for my
parents businesses was nothing compared to the work and experiences I was able to take away from leading a
finance department that managed accounts for 27 different retail locations. From day-to-day operations that
involved recording transactions all the way to compiling consolidated financial statements for internal and
external purposes, my passion for the field of finance continued to grow. Majoring in finance has been the best
decision to help fuel my passion, and now I hope I can use my knowledge of the industry to help you grow and
create a sustainable business with the backing of accurately recorded financial data.
What Fuels My Passion?
First and foremost my desire to help others succeed ultimately gets me out of bed every morning. My family is
undoubtedly a huge inspiration in my life as well. At the end of the day it is the relationships and people I have
had the opportunity to meet that make it all worthwhile, as every relationship is cherished.
