CHURCH HOUSING Phoenixville – West Chester – Delaware County Serving: Seniors –Special Needs – Low Income We provide funding for special resident needs, such as medical co-pays and transportation, as well as Christmas gifts and books. Parishioners work in leadership positions in this organization. A new apt. complex opened in West Chester in 2022
- 7. The CLINIC in Phoenixville Founded by a parishioner to serve the under-insured. We provide “get well” bags of supplies and food gift cards.
- 8. The St. James School Philadelphia Middle School also serving the surrounding community and graduates. We give hats & scarves, baked goods, gifts and more…
- 9. Chester Children’s Chorus Don’t miss their upcoming concert! December 11TH The Chorus uses music to change lives of children who live in the Chester- Upland School District. They are given a unique opportunity to expand their intellectual and cultural horizons & strengthen life skills.
- 10. HABITAT FOR HUMANITY – Can Do Crew Monthly Service (by adults and youth) in Coatesville and Special Projects
- 11. Community Youth and Women’s Alliance (Coatesville) Food Pantry – Lunches - Coat Distribution Shelter for 7 families – Recovery Unit housing 13 women and children
- 13. 5K Run to support the St. James School Packing food with Church Farm School Supplies for the Assoc. for the Visually Impaired Funds for disaster relief (ex. Red Cross and Episcopal Relief and Development) Backpacks and school supplies Special Projects, Funding and Grants:
- 14. Grant Requests Funding… Band Seed – Bringing music to under-priviedged kids in NY Norristown School - supplies for a math classroom For international student to finalize studies for priesthood. Supplies for an orphanage in Africa Support for cancer victims Social justice, autism and LGBTQ fundraisers Mission trips: for a nurse to give healthcare in Central America. for youth parishioner to go to Central America for parishioner to build homes with students in Belize City in only 4 days.
