Have gained new insights also from business classes that have helped better understand the necessity of having a

Assisted in starting this real estate investment company’s Mid-Eastern Idaho division.
I was tasked with acquiring properties that needed major renovations to be able to fix and then sell making profit.
Used Excel to create large spread sheets to show possible profits and outcomes of different properties.
Networked, organized and managed contractors, real estate agents, title company agents, lenders, investors wanting to
make profit, customers, and improve communities.
Construction Manager Jan 2014 – Apr 2014
Los Alamos National Laboratory Los Alamos, New Mexico
Assisted in the planning phases of more than of projects that ranged from $100,000 to $1.2 billion dollars by
constructing the preliminary WBS and WBS Dictionaries.
Collaborated with the Demolition Department in overlooking the removal of many structures on the Laboratory site.
Created extensive Excel spread sheets for tracking projects budgets, progress, history and more. Was done
implementing pivot charts, hyperlinks, custom formatting and more.
Frequently attended meetings with other organizations such as the DOE (department of energy) and the NEPA
(National Environmental Policy Act).

Have had many years of experience in the construction industry; with training from a Building Trades class in high
school that taught the implementation of construction skills in projects.
Undertook projects, by word of mouth, which some consisted of the following: installation of electrical systems,
insulation, plumbing, framing, flooring, all finish work, the removal of a deck and replacement of it, and more.
Successfully assisted in the completion of a project that consisted the demolition of the interior and renovation of a
1800sq/ft home.
Took part in the construction of more than 3 residential homes all ranging from ground work to finishing work.
On various projects would fluently communicate in Spanish to affectively execute projects or task that were to be
completed by various tradesmen.

Full-Time Volunteer Feb 2011 – Mar 2013
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Taipei, Taiwan
Responsible for the oversight and management of 18 full time volunteers ranging in age eighteen to late sixties.
Weekly coached these volunteers with skills and ideas to advance as teachers. Also was accountable of the progress of
each volunteer weekly and monthly and by meetings or phone calls tracked improvement then reported.
Supervised in both physical and mental abilities of these volunteers so that as in whole there would be growth in each
of the different areas that were within jurisdiction.
Affectively taught and explained in Mandarin Chinese to natives of Asia how to become a better individual and also
educated them to build healthy habits and stronger family relationships.
