Steven Covey, “Seek to understand, and then you will be understood.” People PROCESS information differently. You will be able to COMMUNICATE more effectively. You will be able to form stronger relationships.
- Give tutorial on how to take the test. Think horizontal rows to rank the groups of words. 4 being the most like you and 1 being the least like you.
- Unveil dominant colors, and the positive aspects.
- Allow participants to discuss their frustations, then unveil things they do that frustrates others.
- Wrap it up on a positive note of how to be a successful team, we need all colors to work in harmony together. Each has strengths and weaknesses.
