2. Project Description –
A Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a software application that combines
many human resources functions including benefits administration, payroll, recruiting and
training and performance analysis and review into one package. In this project there are 4
modules i.e. Admin, Employee, Career and E-Test. The Admin can keep track of the
employee’s records such as attendance, salary, details of any employee, registration of any
employee and he can post any job vacancies in the career module as well as organize e-test
for the selected employee’s. In the Employee module the employee can logged in and when
he is logging in attendance can be automatically managed for the current day and if suppose
he is logged out then he is prohibited to second time logged in. He can mail to the admin for
any leave and also message to any employee. In the career module the outside user as well as
the employee’s can review any job vacancies and apply for the jobs according to their
qualifications. In the E-Test module the selected candidates are mailed by admin with the
auto generated username and password and within the specific date they can attend the e-test
by putting the username and password.
Roles and Responsibilities –
Creating database and tables for the four modules using Sql Server 2008 and writing
procedures and triggers for performing transaction.
Developing authentication mechanism for Employee, Admin and Outside user.
Developing mail system for both employee as well as Admin.
Writing java scripts for validating the user inputs and also used bootstrap for
designing the controls and responsive for mobiles.
Debugging for tracing the program flow.
Trainings Undertaken:
Six months training from Abacus System Solution Pvt Ltd.
3 months on C# with ASP.NET
3 months on Oracle 11g(sql,pl/sql)
