• Designed and programmed customized UI Ribbon in VB
and XML for use in MS Word.
– This was used firm wide for automation of all correspondence,
facsimiles, legal documents, e-mail, etc.
– This allowed for the ability to increase the ratio of attorney’s to
secretaries from 2-1 to 3-1 thereby increasing productivity and
reducing the need to hire additional legal secretaries.
– Presented a live webinar to ILTA
(International Legal Technology Association)
on how to program MS Word’s UI Ribbon and Customization.
