A dynamic, hardworking and performance-driven mechanical engineer with hands-on experience in feasibility study, design and implementation of rural/renewable energy (RE) technologies, especially in community based micro hydropower scheme through local community and resource mobilization. Also has worked for promotion of other RE technologies such as biogas plants, clean cook stoves, solar energy and biomass. Has a strong talent for designing/analyzing components and systems using analytical methodologies and professional softwares, and has proven experience in management, team leading and community/resource mobilization.
